Help for Struggling Homebuyers in Kankakee and Iroquois Counties
Help is being offered to low to moderate income homebuyers in Kankakee and Iroquois counties. The City of Kankakee Community Development Agency is making available a First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program that provides grants up to $7000 in financial assistance and up to $1500 towards closing costs.
